Our award winning pies begin with our crust. We start with a whole grain crust. Each crust is expertly paired with seasonal ingredients to bring the best flavor out of both. Both our grains and our fillings are sourced from organic local farmers. All flours are stone ground from Grist & Toll. Our offerings change as the market does and may occasionally require last minute substitutions.

Rhubarb Cherry Crumble: Rhubarb, Cherry, Lemon Verbena in an all butter Sonora Crust with a wholegrain brown sugar crumble
Featured Grains Winter 2025: Sonora, Red Fife
